Hi there! Firstly, we want to thank you so much for visiting our store. By purchasing online with us you can expect a totally stress-free experience. We are totally committed to making you happy and our return policies are designed to take any concern from your purchase.

This means we offer an absolutely no questions asked return for store credit. If your purchase is unsuitable in any way, we’ll gladly replace the item or offer store credit. This includes items that are the wrong size, a simple change of heart, or in the rare event you receive a damaged or faulty item.

If returning an item, please email us at info@palosantobondi.com Include in your email your order number and specify the item you would like to return, or DM us on Instagram.

Just a couple of things to keep in mind – items that are returned must be unused and shipped at your cost, however the replacement item, again, will be shipped to you at our expense.

Please note all returns must be posted to Australia.
